Please know &nbsp;that you are welcome to participate in as little or as much as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-958878c9182943f3a4a547932663b4c2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3d620c;font-size:25px\"><strong>The Mass<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-eca9a9f1e0d9136eec464af838acba9f wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3d620c\">The daily Mass is at the centre of our faith. It is celebrated every Sunday with a Sung Mass, and regularly during the week, at different times to accommodate peoples requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-4cc36fbff54e8750de96154759016e3a wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#3d620c\"><strong>Actions of the body<\/strong><br>We stand for prayer and praise, to express our worship of God with our bodies. We sit to receive instruction, and we knee, where possible, in penitence and at certain solemn moments. As well, it is used to set apart and honour sacred objects, areas and the people participating.
